Analytic report triggering empty attachment -- reopening

Hi Team,

I had raised a concern before that even with 0 records the analytics report the mail is being triggered with empty attachments.

I have implemented the solution suggested by forum.

  <%if (totalRecords.equals(0)) print "NULL" else print "${ownerEmail}" %> 

But still I see that the report with empty attachments is being sent to the recipients.

Please can some suggest some other ways to fix it.

Does report have records in saviynt ?
