Hi,

This is with reference to Update User Page. When we navigate to User Management - Update User Request - select an active user - Next

Expected Result : This option should not be present for active users.

Note: The version we are using is 24.2 and this issue is in DEV EIC

Thanks

Sapna

Navigate to User Management - Update User Request - select an active user - Next

Post that on the next screen, "Choose 1 to confirm reactivation" option should not be present as the user is active. This option will be present if are trying to reactivate a user.

@nsapna I don't see that option in update user form. Share the screen shot which you are referring.

It might be dynamic attribute created in register user form under global config.

Hi @nsapna

I don't see any option as such. It could probably be a dynamic attribute you might be referring to that was customized and not provided OOB.

Please navigate to Global Configuration -> Identity lifecycle and validate the Dynamic Attributes configured under Register User Form
