Account Type not getting updated via Upload

I need the account type changed to 'Test ID' for this account but when I did an upload. It doesn't change the value that is already present

ENDPOINTACCOUNT NAMEACCOUNT TYPE
AMSKF20009TEST ID

Am I missing any columns?
