Account Import Job for LDAP Application

Hi All,

We have integrated Saviynt with one of the LDAP Application, full account import usually takes around 45 mins. Once the job runs, after 6 mins the target application went down but the import job ran for 45 mins and job also completed with success status without giving any exceptions or errors.

Is it an excepted behaviour? In these cases, how we can be able to identify the job ran properly or not?

Also wanted to understand, why the job ran for 45 mins even though target was down after 6 mins.

Regards,

Balaji Epari

You can compare accounts / Groups metadata / count in target vs saviynt

Hi Rushikesh,

Yes, By Manual comparison we can be able to get it. But customer was asking why the job was not failed?

Due to job completes with Success status. it's not possible to identify whether job imports the data properly or not?

We want to know, completing the job with success status even though target was down in the middle of the run, is it a defect or not?
