Hello
I am using O365 Connector.
I want to import only the entitlements related to Sharepoint, so I entered the following in the import config.
======
{
"importEntTypes": {
"SharePoint Group": {},
"SharePoint Site": {},
"SharePoint List": {},
"SharePoint Item": {},
"SharePoint File": {},
"SharePoint Folder": {},
"SharePoint Site Collection": {}
},
"excludeEntTypes": {
"Azure AD Group": {},
"O365-ServicePlan": {},
"O365-SKULicense": {},
"O365-PermissionLevel": {},
"O365-BasePermission": {}
}
}
======
Even if I press Save, when I edit the job again, the import config disappears.
For some reason, I cannot save.
The same problem occurs using the JSON described below.
[Importing O365 Objects based on Query]
https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/MSOffice365-v24x/page/Content/Using-the-Microsoft-Office-365-Co...
[Question]
Is this a bug?
How do I use import config correctly?

Hello @AM,
Please mention only those entitlement types which you want to import in import config.
Thanks.

Thank you for your response.
I tried the following two patterns because I wanted to import a SharePoint Group.
===
However, I could not save the Import Config. But there is no error.
First of all, the problem is that the Import Config cannot be saved, rather than the JSON description method.
Could you check it?

Thank you for your testing!
I will consider upgrading, so please let me confirm three things.
1. Could you tell me the values you entered in Import Config?
2. Was the EntitlementType you actually imported narrowed down?
3. Could you tell me the JSON (Import Config) for retrieving only "SharePoint Group"?
I couldn't find anything like Error. Could you check it? EIC seems to recognize the Import Config I entered once, but it doesn't save it.

Hello @AM,
I didnt tried to import anything, but as you said earlier you are not able to save the import config, i tested that PFA belwow.
Thanks.

Thank you for your response.
I checked your PFA.
The Import Type is Custom-Access. I think this is Connection Type AzureAD.
I can save if Connection Type is AzureAD.
The problem this time is Connection Type Office365. Import Type is also Access-details, not Custom-Access.
Could you check again? If you have any questions, I would appreciate it if you could ask me.

Hello @AM,
This is the known issue and would be fixed in the 24.9 version.
