  • There is no load concern for SAP, You can perform Full import on weekly basis and incremental on daily basis
  • Reconciliation Scheduling:

    • Off-Peak Hours: Schedule reconciliation jobs during off-peak hours to avoid adding load during SAP's busiest times.
    • Incremental Reconciliation: Use incremental reconciliation to pull only changes rather than performing full reconciliation each time. This reduces the amount of data processed and limits the load on SAP.

    2. Selective Data Retrieval:

    • Filtered Data: Ensure that only necessary data is retrieved from SAP. Applying filters to extract only the relevant records reduces the data volume and processing time, which in turn lowers the load on SAP.

Thank you for reply.
I suggest to customer.
About Data filtering, is there any recommended way?
