Hello,

The AD Connector in Saviynt lists that User, Account,Task objects are exposed.

UPDATEACCOUNTJSON
JSON to specify the Field Value which will be used to Update existing
Account,Objects Exposed-(task,user,manager,account,all the objects
defined in CHECKFORUNIQUE) -

How can I pass an Account's attribute in Update Account JSON in AD connector. Saviynt's AD connector freshdesk guide does not have any such example.

Thanks and Regards,

Rituparna Das

Hi Rituparna,

Greetings!!

Account variable is exposed for updateAccountJSON, but limited to only single value i.e. account Name.

You could use this variable ${account} to retrieve account Name.

You cannot retrieve account's attribute using this.

Hi Anand,

We have a requirement to update account object in AD for the description 7 days after the account has been disabled. If the account attributes are not available in the Update account JSON, then what means is available in Saviynt to update the description attribute on the disabled AD account?

Thanks,

Vijay.
