Hello Team,

We have configured modifyuserdataJSON in DB connectors. While executing this pre-processor queries, it is internally trying to create TEMP tables but it throwing access denied error as below -

2020-09-25 13:28:44,087 [quartzScheduler_Worker-3] ERROR services.ImportSAvDataUserService - Error while processing data:

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: CREATE command denied to user 'saviyntadmin'@'HOST_IP' for table 'tempnewusers_313'

Can you please provide inputs why these errors are coming for this default user - 'saviyntadmin'. What could be done to resolve this issue?

Thanks.

Regards,

Ksheetij

Hi Ksheetij Thorat,

Greetings!

Please create a service request and some one from Saviynt team should be able to check if the configuration is done right or not

Ksheetij,

The error basically says that the user that you are using does not have the write permissions on the DB. Please check on the user access and once the correct permissions added, this issue should be resolved.

Thanks!
