Change font of email template fields

When editing email templates is it possible tot change the font of the fields such as "From, To, Cc, Bcc, and Subject. I have changed the body of the emails to Arial but would also like to change the header information if that is possible.

The change of fonts on From, To, Cc, Bcc, and Subject in an email template is not supported in Saviynt.
