I want to configure User Update rules for about 7 to 10 different user fields to create AccountUpdate tasks.

I want to know which of the following is more efficient in Saviynt:

Is it better to configure 1 rule per field,

e.g.

Rule 1: If DeptNumber IS UPDATED, Create AccountUpdate Task.

Rule 2: If JobTitle IS UPDATED, Create AccountUpdate Task.

Rule 3: If Location IS UPDATED, Create AccountUpdate Task.

OR

Is it better to configure a single rule with multiple conditions?

Rule: If DeptNumber IS UPDATED OR JobTitle IS UPDATED OR Location IS UPDATED, Create AccountUpdate Task.

Hi Anand,

Greetings!

Option 2 : Rule: If DeptNumber IS UPDATED OR JobTitle IS UPDATED OR Location IS UPDATED, Create AccountUpdate Task

should work fine

We can configure multiple user attributes in a single rule condition. This would be best way to optimize
