As per one of the customer use case, I am trying to reconcile as well as provision the Azure AD accounts. I can successfully create an account using REST connector but can't reconcile accounts using Azure AD connector.

The test connection to Azure AD connector fails with below error in logs -

DEBUG azure.AzureProvisioningService - windows Rest API statusCode: 403

Could you suggest what could be the issue here?

Hi Sakshi,

Please follow AzureAD connector guide and add permission Directory. ReadWriteAll to AzureAD Graph application along with Microsoft Graph API application.

Thank You.

Having the same issue. The documentation in Freshdesk does not help here, neither does the answer above.

Something must be missing that is not in your documentation.

Cheers

Rainer
