Its a best practice to configure email notification to requestor once the guest user is created in Saviynt, so that the requestor will know that guest has accepted the invitation and user identity is created in Saviynt.
Short Description
As Part of User registration , once the Guest user/External users has completed registration , the notification will be sent to the requestor.

Detail best practice
1) Include the Name , Email , Organization ,End date and any Additional Info of the Guest User. Use these below Parameters
The below Guest User has completed registration and is now required to fill out the Microsoft email which they will receive.

2) Configure this email template in the Grant block of workflow mapped with Create User Form in Global Configuration
3) The email will be sent to ${requestor.email}
Key Benefit (Quantitative/qualitative)
This will tell the requestor that the Guest User has been registered Successfully and all the details are correct.
