RE: SAV ROLE TO UPDATE THE ACCOUNT OWNERS

hi,

We have custom role for readwrite access which can manage the service accounts. The user with this role should be able to assign owner to the accounts

While assigning any user to the account as owner, it gives access denied error. And when we close the error and submit it, the owner will be added.

The access denied error should not come. I assume there is some missing access, not sure of what.

Kindly advise any modification.

Hello @SQ,

Could you kindly provide the list of Feature Access permissions assigned to the CustomSavRole? Additionally, please share a screenshot of the error message in the log you're encountering . Furthermore, I'd like to confirm if the owners have been added successfully and if you are only experiencing a pop-up window displaying the "Error: Access Denied" message.

Thanks.

If you find the above response useful, Kindly Mark it as "Accept As Solution".

These access are given.

The owner will be added, once we close the the "Error: Access Denied" message. and then submit the request.

Thanks.

Hi,

We cannot find any error in logs. Do you think if there is any access to be added to the role in order to add the owner.

Thanks.

Hi @SQ,

Were you able to find the access which needs to be added to resolve this?

Provide screenshot of error
