Probelm statement:
API Update Users throws 500 Internal Server Error when called for first time. When called again, responds with 200.
. This is causing issue when we are enabling user using this API.
Solution:
This was happening for few users , when checked in detail there was an issue with some of the user update rule which was causing and giving error, also it explains why second time it gives 200 as there was no rule running.
So when ever there is a update user request please check the logs for any errors for the rules which are being run.
For the above case below was the error in logs ( check screenshot )
a.Email syntax was giving error, where we should use a.email as it is HQL query
