How to enable/disable the delete button for Technical/User Update Rules?

All Applicable versions.

Solution                           

Navigate to Application > Admin > Settings > Tab Config > Policies > Toggle the switch in order Enable/Disable the delete button.

This will work with all rules present under the Policies Tab.
