In order to bulk update endpoints using the API, we use the updateEndpoint API. In the updateEndpoint API, we have an option to update the accountNameRule as well.
How to add Special Characters in Account Name Rule using API?

Solution
Basic API body for updateEndpoint API looks like below which contains a simple accountNameRule.
In order to include special characters in the
accountNameRule, the syntax would look as below
"accountNameRule":"(users.systemUserName) SPCL:_@."
where after SPCL: you can mention the special characters.
