Solution : We can auto generate the email address when there is a change of first name or last name using user update rule.

You need to use the “Generate User Email” action under User Update rule to achieve this use case and explanation for the action is mentioned below.

Steps

Admin -> Policies -> User Update Rules -> Create User Update Rule

Select the trigger actions as per your requirements

Please make sure you have defined the email generation rule before setting up this user update rule
