Symptoms

Cannot attach certain file types in an ARS request.
File Types attempted and *failed...*
  • PNG
  • JPEG
  • PDF
  • PPT / PPTX
  • DOC / DOCX
  • RTF
Only working File Types include...
  • TXT
  • CSV
  • XLS / XLS

Solution

We need to mention the type of files accepted in the request in ExternalConfig.properties file.
