The email templates can have reference to the deep links specific to the environment where it is deployed. For example, when an email is sent for campaign, the email will refer to the specific certification for the end user, created for that environment

There is a variable called baseUrlForEmail which is available in the external config properties file which can be used as the variable to refer the environment url. In the email templates, instead of hardcoding the environment url, use the ${baseUrlForEmail} variable. The value will be of the format https://ssm-dev-customer.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/
