Avoid using Cross module email variables

Short Description - Saviynt does not have a guardrail to stop users from using same email variable across different modules. This leads to issues during implementation and users dont get desired result from email template.

Detailed best practice

Saviynt email template editor provides a help link which lists the email templates to be used across different modules.

If you explore the help link , it lists out the email variable corresponding to the module.

Though the System does not restrict an end user to use Analytics variable in ARS or ARS variable in campaign , yet the system will not behave in expected way.

Recommendation  - Please use module specific variables in your email template to get the expected result.
