REST connector create account JSON to validate the existing account

Hi,

Can you please share json to use in REST create account, 

1. It need to check all the existing accounts
2.If account present in Target  'New Account' task to be completed automatically else and add the account in Saviynt else it should create accounts in both Saviynt and Target application.

current json which is working for new account json

You can use 2 calls. first call to target to check account exist then dont call call 2
