Hi @AarthiJaikumar ,

This is due to new feature in global configuration settings introduced from 23.12V.

Check if the below configuration is same in both environments:

Okay !

Is this option is default in QA but not in DEV,  when we do version upgrade ?

When i disabled this option - Enable Access Request Neo Experience, we could see all the applications which we onboarded in Access request page in saviynt.
But when i enabled this option  - Enable Access Request Neo Experience, we see that few applications missing in Access Request page in Saviynt.

Could you please let me know the cause of this change ?

@AarthiJaikumar , Is the above issue solved?

  • The unified navigation experience was enabled by default from Release v24.1 to Release v24.3. Starting with Release v24.4, the modern experience is used by default. You have the flexibility to switch between modern navigation and unified navigation experience. For more information about transitioning to the unified navigation experience, see Using the Unified Navigation Experience.

@AarthiJaikumar ,

Sometimes yes! After the version upgrade 24.X in my POC instance, these settings were set by default when we logged in for first time.

I think you can mention these new settings with Saviynt upgrade team to keep it un-set before they start the version upgrade in-respective environments DEV -> QA -> PROD.
