Is it possible to embed logo image in emails

Hi,

As my question makes clear, we're trying to put an image as part of a signature in email template. We tried embedding them inline by using img src tag and a public link where the image was uploaded to our server, but it did not work.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hello,

In order to embed logo image in emails templates, I would suggest to open a FreshDesk ticket to your support in order to upload the logo on the instance, in the /images folder.

This way you can insert the below HTML tag in your template (also 25 as height is pretty convenient) :

<img src="https://<MyEICDomain>.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/static/images/<MyLogo>.png" alt="<MyLogoName>" height="25">
