I have come up with a query from the client using the Saviynt for checking out the credentials of his Privileged ID.
For requesting the time slot for credential based- Saviynt EIC provides the option for 48,24 & 12 hours.
So, when any End-user tries to raise a request for the next day and chooses the 12 hour range, the time starts from 12:00am up to the next 12 hours. Given below the screenshot for detailed understanding:
Is there any possibility to change the time from 12:00am to 8:00am as generally, 12:00am to 7:30am are not the business hours.
Also, if we can restrict this option at an endpoint level rather than amending it globally.
