Why is my user update rule not getting triggered -
If it helps, import source (AAD UserImport) of this attribute is different from import source for ID creation (Workday SOAP)

Please validate if Check Rule option is turned ON in your User Import Job.
Also, you can create a dummy rule with same condition and Select Trigger Action as "Trigger when user is updated from UI"
