User list visibility can be restricted for particular sav role?

Hi,

Is it possible make user visibility in  user list based on user source. It is required for the support team. For example: Scenario is -SAPHR support team should be able to see only those users which are from that source. Can it be done in Sav role? Basically restricting  visibility of other sources users to support team.
