Hi!

I'm trying to create a Examity profile to register for the L100 exam, but when putting in my Litmos Username in the "Forgot Your Password" field, it says "Please Verify your User ID".

Can you help me?

Hi again!

I get the same problem with certiﬁcation@saviynt.com. It justed bounces back. I've tried different mails and get the same issues with the e-mails.

What is FD and how to i create a ticket there? As earlier mentioned, I'm just trying to create a profil in examity so I can register for exam.
