Token Expiry

Hello Team,

This is regarding the rest based application, We have integrated application recently.

We are using tokens(Access token, refresh toke, ID token) for authentication.  in our connection JSON.

but the token is keep expiring for every half an hour. and while running the job its giving error after token expiry.

the same format of connection JSON we used in QA, in QA env its working fine. but its not working in PROD.

can you please give us the inputs what has be change.

And Team, we are able to import accounts but not entitlements when token is valid. no data coming from target for entitlements. as said nothing has changed in JSON. the JSON is as same as QA with different URL's.

In QA its working, but in prod its not working. Kindly give some inputs on this too.

you can replace the token and other clientid details from the connection and share it here
