Manager Campaign not triggering for accounts with account name other than username

Hi,

We have created a manager's campaign but there are users having more than one AD account. For eg: username-xyz, AD Account1-xyz1(account name for user's 1st AD account), AD Account2- xyz2(account name for user's 2nd AD account)

After triggering manager campaign xyz1 and xyz2 are not coming inside campaign

The requirement is to get all account of the user in the campaign.

Hello @Isha ,

While launching the campaign, are you selecting all the necessary application/endpoint which you need to re-certify?
