Hi 

Sone one help me how to notify entitlement owner if request got rejected before the line manager notify. I checked in the Saviynt documentations but no luck.

I am looking for the suitable binding variable to notify entitlement owner if request got rejected before the line manager notify.

  • You won't be able to notify with OOTB functionality. 
  • You can use analytics report.

Can you add more details to requirement?

In case the request is getting rejected before hand, why owner need to be notified?
