Hi Team,

For SOD requests, On the approval page, the role warning displayed in the below screenshot seems to be related to JRM warnings. We do not have JRM rules defined in our system, so if the requested roles qualify for approval after SOD consideration.

Is there any issue if the approver approves the requests while ignoring the JRM warning?

Current Settings:

  • Under the global configuration for the JRM sections, only "User Field To Evaluate Recommendations" is selected as "City."

  • Under global configuration for the "Request" page, these are our current settings enabled.

  • As of now, we don't have any JRM rulesets.

@ssingh16 since you do not have any rules defined and the config is turned on, the warning is popping up. But that should not cause any issues in approval. But I'd suggest you turn off the config if you do not have any rules set and are not using JRM.

Thanks for the information!

One more thing I want to know is if there is no JRM rule defined in the system, then at the request page it is checking with which data. Because sometimes approvers don't know that JRM rules are not defined, it shows for some roles but not for all.

Could you please elaborate little bit more?

@ssingh16 Since the config is ON, the request page will by default show you the JRM feature. If it is OFF, then it will not. When the rules are configured, then evaluation will happen and it will show data on the UI.
