How can I run and download a query with 650,000 results under Analytics?

We would like to build an analytics to download a full list of staff and associated accounts and entitlement. When we run, it shows the cloudflare error page. Running the same query on Data Analyzer, it returns around 650,000 records.

Any method for us to download this 650,000 records?
