Hi team,

We are using Emergency Access ID tile in SSM.

We have also configured Emergency Access ID Request WorkflowEmergency Access ID Access Request Workflow.

We have also setup owners at FFID.

Can someone confirm how can we configure in workflow that :

a) If Requester is owner of FFID, then the request should be send to FFID Owner Manager Approval

b) If Requester is not the owner of FFID, then it should identify all the owners configured and sends for approval for all the owner mandatorily.

Saviynt Version : v5.5 SP3.11

Thanks

Hello @Manu269,

There was a similar question asked today. Perhaps you can see if you can modify the condition in the if-else block to fulfill your validation and route the request acordingly.

Here's another post with similar requirement that might help.

Hi Rushi/Avinash ,

I am still looking for a solution.

My ask was how can we check (if else block) if the requestor is the account owner?

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks

Getting owner in FFID will be achieve since you have if else logic you can use custom query. Any limitations from client for custom query?

1. Workflow is attached at Emergency Access ID Request Workflow & Emergency Access ID Access Request Workflow at Security System.

2. FFID has to be requested via RequestEmergencyAccessID Tile
