Feature Access for Control Center

Hello, 

We have created  a dashboard in the control center under the operations persona. We need to allow users with assigned the feature access to this role to see the underlying data within each KPI. 

Via process of elimination we can achieve this is if we provide the feature access related to the PAM persona to the SAV_ROLE assigned to the user. This SAV_ROLE also has access to the feature access for the Operations owner persona as well as having the analytics assigned to the role. 

As we don't want people with the role to have access to multiple dashboards, how can we remove this PAM access and still allow users to see the underlying data for each of the KPIs?

Hello @Alex_Terry,

Can you try assigning the  ROLE_SAV_CONTROLCENTER_IGAOWNER SAV role to a non-admin user and try.

in v24.1 ROLE_SAV_CONTROLCENTER_IGAOWNER  working as expected, Please make sure user also have end user role

When we have assigned the end user role to the user with our custom SAV_ROLE we still require the PAM owner persona feature access to be able to see the data underlying each KPI. 

Additionally we do not want the user to have access to all dashboards, only Operations persona. As such the ROLE_SAV_CONTROLCENTER_IGAOWNER does not resolve our issue as this provides access to multiple dashboards.

Reason is feature to request map "PAM owner persona" --> "/controlCenter/kpidetails"

Root cause is  Operations Owner Persona does not contains request map /controlCenter/kpidetails

Please raise enhancement ticket for same

Hi @rushikeshvartak, Thanks for the finding out the root cause. 

Is there not a way to assign this map under the web service access?

@Alex_Terry  since saviynt EIC version does not allow adding urls (request map) as in previous versions hence not possible.

Please raise idea ticket. Support team are not allowed to change Database schema hence reach out to CSM to prioritize the idea
