Dynamic Attribute

Hi, 

we have a dynamic Attribute called "Operations" that has 2 values add and remove.

it has mapping with other attribute say attribute2.  I want attribute2 only to be visible with values when any value is selected in operations attribute. 

Will this logic come under action string? i am not able to configure the same. 

Has anyone worked on this use case.
