control center has no data

Hi,

I am not getting any data in the control center. I do not see v2 analytics tab to add the analytic reports

Should i run any job to populate the data in control center?

One of the main reasons for this issue is the SAV Roles doesn’t have the access to the required Analytics which are being used in the Control Center.

  • Login to SSM and navigate to Admin.
  • Click On Sav Roles and then again SAV Roles from the submenu.
  • Choose the required SAV Role .
  • Go to the V2Analytics tab and click on Action then Add New Analytics.
  • Then select the required Analytics from the form. For ROLE_ADMIN select all or as required.

Make sure you run below Jobs :

 

Job Name Description

RUNCONTROLCENTERANALYTICSJOB

Use this job to run all control center KPIs in the book. When you run this, job analytics data is stored in the Elastic server.

RUNCONTROLCENTEREMAILJOB

Use this job to send a summary email of top three KPIs to the concerned personas.

RUNCONTROLCENTERHISTORYJOB

Use this job to save the control center history data. This history data is used to render daily, monthly, or yearly values in the trend graph.
