Configuring multipe Owners while importing entitlment

Hi Team,

We are trying to import EntOwners from AD and then map it to the Owner tab. Importing and mapping one owner is working but for more than one owner is not working.

Info: we are using extenssionatribute1

groupImportMapping : customProperty15:ExtensionAttribute1_char",
"entitlementOwnerAttribute":"ExtensionAttribute1","tableFieldAttribute":"NAME"

we are on Version 23.7

Can you please suggest on this?

Enhanced Group Attribute Mapping

The Active Directory connector is enhanced to support multiple owners from custom group attributes in Active Directory or LDAP servers. For more information, see Mapping Group Attributes under Configuring the Integration for Importing Accounts and Access in the Microsoft Active Directory Integration Guide.

we are on v23.7.  Is there any solution for our current version?
Will this work with single-valued Attribute? or the attribute  must be multi value?

Hi @Hassan 

It is not supported in previous versions.

In 23.11 version, the connector is enhanced to manage multi-valued LDAP attributes in the entitlementOwnerAttribute and tableFieldAttribute in groupImportMapping connection parameters.

Please refer to documentation for more details.

Do you have any idea how we can solve our requirement of setting multiple owners for the groups in our current version (23.7)?

Info: Adding the owners directly on the Owners tab in Saviynt does not work as they are getting overwritten/removed after import.
