Hi Everyone, While raising an API request: { "requesttype":"NEW", "username":"Z_SAVTST9", "endpoint":"E2D100_SAP ECC", "securitysystem":"E2D100_SAP ECC", "comments":"AccessNow Request ID", "accountname":"z_savtst31", //"createaccountifnotexists":"true", "requestor":"Shubham.r", //"createnewaccounttaskifnotexist": "true", //"entitlement":[ {"entitlementtype":"saprole","entitlementvalue":"ZMFIN_AP_PAYMENT_PROG_XX_0000","startdate":"08-17-2022"}, ] "checksod":"true" } While specifying the startdate for the entitlement request, Saviynt always takes the startdate in UTC Format. Is there a way to convert it to EST/IST automatically while raising the request. Otherwise this will add a delay in the request or will provision before if the UTC is before the current timezone. Regards, Shubham

UTC is the standard of time used all around the world to regulate clocks. saviynt does provide facility to view timezone in different locations as per global configuration but in backend it will be always UTC hence time zone change is not possible. It might be possible if server timezone is change which won't be suggested by saviynt
