We have noticed that users who complete campaigns have the ability to edit and create campaigns, is there any way this can be restricted to only the group who manages campaigns?

This can be controlled from Sav Role. Assign create / edit permission to member of the user group that you want should create/edit the campaigns.

Please confirm sav role features provided to custom sav role. Provide screenshot so we can suggest which features can be removed
