Automatically give all users a Saviynt For Saviynt account

Is there a way to quickly give all users a S4S account? Our self created SAV Roles, application roles and enterprise roles are automatically being converted to S4S entitlements, which is what we want. But this does not happen for users uploaded from a csv file.

when we upload users, they only get a Saviynt For Saviynt account when we manually assign them an SAV role, but we want all users to have a Saviynt For Saviynt account so that we can dynamically assign SAV Roles.

@Robbe_Cronos - could you try to use a Technical Rule which satisfies the condition for every user you create? With the technical rule, you may want to provision a Saviynt for Saviynt Account along with assigning them the default SAV Role via the same rule. This way you won't need to explicitly execute the import the accounts to get an account for the users.
