We have observed a few things on ARS screen in V2021.
1. When we request for an enterprise role, there is no account name mentioned in the request summary page, whereas, its present in the request summary page for an access request for any particular account.
2. The estimated time for approval and fulfillment is blank in the request summary page.
3. In the request history page, the assignee column is empty(we have an auto approval workflow) and endpoint columns are blank for an enterprise role request.
Is it posssible to provide us a confirmation if these are product behavior or

Hi Sumaiya,
#1 : An enterprise role is "technically" made up of multiple endpoints. Each endpoint can have different account naming conventions and your request might end up creating multiple "create accounts" for a single role request. This is the reason why you dont see account name rule while requesting for an enterprise role.
#2: Is this occuring for only Enterprise Role or for all/any request type ? Does it also happen for requests that are auto approved or even requests that are pending approval ?
#3: If the request is Auto Approved, you will not see the Assignee details in the request history page but if it is assigned to someone, an actual approver, then it does/should show up. For an enterprise Role request, the endpoints that makes up the enterprise roles are also not listed under endpoints.

#2: This is occurring for all types of requests.

Hi Avinash,
Sorry, there is one correction, We are seeing this time only for role request, even though we do not have a next approver. For access request, this issue is not there.
Thanks,
Sumaiya
