ARS - Existing account attributes

While raising an access request for an Active Directory endpoint, Saviynt displays the existing accounts information (NAME , STATUS and ACTION columns) in a table format.

Sometime its possible that you may have same account name in different AD domains so how to pick the right one while raising access request?  Is it possible to customize these columns and add few more if required?

Regards

Gaurav

  • Its not possible to customize columns in cart popup [you can raise idea ticket]

  • Workaround - show correct domain on step 2 of access request using dynamic attribute

If this helped you move forward, click 'Kudos'. If it solved your query, select 'Accept As Solution'.

Can you please share an example of how to setup dynamic attribute? Like what should be the query to pull account attribute and populate it based on the account a user selects while raising access request.

For time being i have mapped AD's distinguishedName attribute in Saviynt's Account Name attribute to distinguish between such accounts.
