Need to assign Manager as approver for Some Oracle ERP Responsibilities and for other responsibilities it should go for Manager and Entitlement (Oracle ERP Responsibilities) Owner approval. Please let us know how this can be achieved.

Hello Kumar,

You could set one of the customproperty of the entitlement with a string value and check that value in the if-else of workflow to drive the logic to either Manager Node or Entitlement Owner node.
