Error while trying to add owner from ARS->Manage Entitlement Tile

Hi,

We have made a user (UserA) as Owner for Endpoint X.

Endpoint X has two entitlement XY and YZ.

I have given a SAV role to the User with Access to Manage Entitlement .

Now when user navigates to ARS-> Manage Entitlement -> Entitlement XY -> Tries to Modify Owner , it shows up the list of Users but while selecting and SAVE button we are getting error "Please select a user to add"

Can anyone help what are we missing here?

We want Endpoint Owners to be able to manage entitlements of their endpoints from ARS.
