We are using 5.5SP2 version and not seeing the new feature on Endpoint Level to turn on Enable/Disable Account option from ARS screen,

Get the latest patches on top of 5.5sp2 and you should be able to see this option on the endpoint level. Do let us know if that doesn't work.
