Create Date is not getting updated in Saviynt for Newhire hence Newhire reports is not accurate.

Hi All,

Trying to use the OOTB "Detected - Newly Onboarded Users" Analytics, but Create Date is not getting updated in Saviynt for newly created users through import hence Newly Onboarded Users report doesnt pull exact user details in the report. Any suggestions pls

Hi @jbaskaran ,

• Is the createdate populated for that user on the users list page or in the users table (check from data analyzer)?
• This looks like an issue with your User Import job if the create date is not populating. How are you importing the users?

• What if you manually create a new user from the user list page ? Does the create date populate then?

*) Using Job - Job type "Users Import (Complete) from Database (UserImportFullJob)"

*) If users are created manually then Create date is getting populated.

Btw we have fixed the issue, by including the createdate in the user Import "MODIFYUSERDATAJSON" & also updated the createdate for all the existing users using adhoc job by referring the new account task created date for all the newly created users.
