SSO Authentication Issues with Forums

Saviynt Community Forums users may have experienced intermittent issues logging in to the forums beginning on March 31st 2024. 

Services should now be restored and functioning properly. 

We will continue to monitor the forums to ensure the issues are resolved, and will update this message with additional details shortly.

We have concluded our investigation and have determined that the issue with logging in to the forums through SSO was due to a Site Certificate issue that has been resolved by our technical teams. All of our Community Forums systems are up and running. We have implemented additional processes to help avoid any future disruption. 

Thank you for your patience while we investigated and resolved the temporary disruption.
