Using EIC UI for non-app requests

Hi all,

Is there a way to use EIC UI to create a form/request flow for non-application requests? For e.g. something like requesting badge access that needs some custom action after the request is submitted/approved. This type of request may not need an ITSM ticket or a provisioning task, but an ability to let end-users request or record 'something'?
