At Saviynt, we take security and privacy seriously. As the Saviynt Community Forum is an open forum viewable to anyone on the internet, we strive to ensure that customers’ and partners’ Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is never disclosed. Do not upload sensitive logs, images, or attachments containing IP addresses, URLs, tokens, domain names, email addresses, or other identifiable information. This can pose security risks and violate privacy policies.

- Be Courteous.
We are all here to learn and help each other. Community members come with varying levels of technical experience and familiarity with our products. Please engage with the intention of promoting productive conversations and providing assistance to others.
- Stay on Topic.
If your comment differs from the original post or thread, please search the Community for related discussions or feel free to create a new post to share your thoughts.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Abuse.
We do not tolerate harassment or abuse in any form. This includes personal attacks, trolling, threats to anyone’s health or safety, and hate speech. Such behavior is unacceptable, including slurs against race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or political affiliation.
- Respect the Employees.
Saviynt employees are here to assist you and ensure that everyone enjoys a welcoming and productive environment. Please engage with them politely and respectfully.
- Protect the Integrity of the Community.
All members play a role in maintaining the integrity of the Community. If you observe any violations of these rules, please report them. You can report content by clicking the green "V" chevron in the top right of the post, selecting “Notify A Moderator,” and completing the necessary information.
Community Engagement:
- Accepting Solutions: Please click the "Accept As Solution" button on the reply (or replies) that best answered your original question. This will help future users who may have a similar question.
- Tagging Users: We discourage the tagging of other forum users or employees to get attention on your post. If we allowed this behavior, these users would receive excessive notifications daily. Tagging is only permitted when the individuals have already participated in the forum thread. We hope you understand that this is to minimize the noise these individuals receive, allowing them to remain active in the forums.
- One Question Per Thread: To ensure clarity, we limit each thread to one question or problem. If you have a new question or issue, please create a separate thread, as it may require a different solution than the original. This approach helps keep the forums organized, making it easier for future users to search for and find solutions to their own problems.
