EIC CPAM - Infra question, does the environment support AD Bridging for Linux/Unix clients ?

Hi,

We have a question regarding the capabilities of EIC CPAM, could not find much browsing through the documentation. Also perhaps is a new feature that might yet to be implemented.

Does EIC CPAM support AD Bridging for *NIX clients (Linux/Unix) via the connector or as a matter of fact any other way possible?

We do know that there are third party companies providing this via plugins or engines, such as MicroFocus AD Bridging. https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/cyberres/identity-access-management/ad-bridge

Do we need to go that route or we can implement internally?

for reference: Active Directory Bridging (AD Bridging) is a mechanism that allows users to log on to non-Windows systems using Active Directory (AD) login credentials.

Thanks !

Hello @alexb,

Currently, this is not supported, we request you raise an enhancement request in the idea portal with the valid bussiness use case.

Thanks.
